    How is Freestyle Collection Involved?

    From 06 October 2009, Freestyle Collection is a MYER one affiliate. So, MYER one members can earn one shopping credit per dollar spent on Freestyle Collection Travel Bookings.

    How many Shopping Credits do I earn on Freestyle Collection Travel Bookings?

    MYER one members earn 1 Shopping Credit per dollar on the gross value of a fully paid Freestyle Collection Travel Bookings from 06 October 2009.


    How do I know the value of my Freestyle Collection Travel Booking?

    If you have booked with a Travel Agent, they will provide you with the following details:
    a. Your Freestyle Collection Booking Number
    b. Your Freestyle Collection Booking Value



    If you have booked directly online, register your booking with the following details:
    a. Your Freestyle Collection Booking Reference
    b. Your Freestyle Collection Booking Value


    When can I register my Travel Booking online?

    Once the travel booking is fully paid, you can register your Freestyle Collection booking with us.

    Does the travelling passenger need to match the name on the MYER one card?

    A MYER one member must be at least one of the passengers travelling.

    If a group of 2 or more adults are travelling on the same booking and they all have MYER one cards is it possible to split the booking value?

    Yes if there is more than one MYER one member in the travelling party each member can submit their portion of the booking for shopping credits.


    How long does it take for Shopping Credits to appear in my account?

    After registering your travel booking with us, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for Shopping Credits to be allocated to your MYER one membership.


    What happens if I cancel my Travel Booking?

    If you register your Freestyle Collection travel booking online for MYER one shopping credits then need to cancel this booking, the Shopping Credits that have been allocated will be reversed.
