PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

Set atop the sweeping cliffs of Uluwatu, Karma Kandara overlooks Bali's most stunning beach. Kandara is blessed with golden sand and azure waters that stretch to the distant horizon. The villas are situated at the top of the cliff with easy access to the private beach below.

Located a short 30 minute drive from the airport. Transfers to
and from the airport are provided by the resort.

Guests can discover the magic of unspoiled beaches by private
speedboat and relish a picnic lunch: They can also see Bali from

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 07 January 10-31 March 10
Should a reservation be cancelled within 15 DAYS of arrival date
the value of two nights accommodation together with applicable
government taxes will be charged.

Valid: 01 April 10-17 December 10, 09 January 11-31 March 11
Should a reservation be cancelled within 30 DAYS of arrival date
the value of two nights accommodation together with applicable
government taxes will be charged.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 18 December 10-08 January 11
Should a reservation be cancelled within 31 DAYS of arrival date
50% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED.
Should a reservation be cancelled within 15 DAYS of arrival date
100% OF THE BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
