PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

Located on 17 acres of lush green terraced rice steps overlooking the Ayung River. The property features 46 suites and villas all with air conditioning. Extending from the top of the verdant hillside down to the river's edge, the resort offers one of the most impressive views of the sacred Ayung River. To enter the resort, guests cross a dramatic gorge on a solid teak bridge, which leads to an elliptical lotus pond measuring 852 metres. This pond rests on the roof of the resort's 3 level central building. The staircase descends down to the reception area.

The resort is a one hour drive from Ngurah Rai International
Airport in Denpasar.

They each feature an elegant sitting room with dining area and adjacent guest powder room. "Ayung Terrace" - Elegantly situated on the crest of a lush
gorge, Ayung Terrace offers breathtaking views of the river
below. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. An
outdoor terrace accommodates 40 people and an adjacent wine
cellar area seats 8 people: Offering a selection of innovative,
contemporary Asian-style cuisine and Indonesian specialties.
"Riverside Cafe"- A casual, poolside, open-air setting with a
wood-burning pizza oven: Set in the valley by the sacred Ayung
River and shaded by an alang-alang thatched roof and umbrellas.
Open from late morning to early evening: Offering light fare and
pizzas:

"Jati Bar" - This comfortable lounge is built out of beautiful
teak wood, and is known for its spectacular views of the Ayung
Valley and delicious libations:

"Wednesday Night Cocktails" - The Four Season "on occasions" has
Wednesday night cocktails where guests get to mingle with other
guests and meet the staff and front office manager, this usually
goes for 1 hour with free cocktails, live traditional Balinese
band/music and finger foods prepared by the chef who is also

HONEYMOONERS

Honeymooners will receive a tropical flower bouquet on arrival,
one bottle of sparkling wine in the villa and flower petals
in the bath tub.

Cancellations received inside 14 days prior to guest arrival
will be subject to a minimum of 1 full nights accommodation +
any applicable tax and service charge.

be subject to a cancellation charge of 3 full nights.

NO SHOWS will be subject to a minimum charge of 1 nights
accommodation with the exception of 26 December 09-05 January 10 and
26 December 10-05 January 11. NO SHOWS during this period will incur a
penalty of 100% of the stay.
