Cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival will incur
a 1 night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will incur a 3 night cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 23 July 10-31 August 10, 22 December 10-05 January 11
- Cancellations received within 32 days prior to arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received within 15 days prior to arrival will
incur a 3 night cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received within 8 days prior to arrival will
incur a 100% of stay penalty.
- NO SHOWS and EARLY DEPARTURES will be charged 100% of the stay.
