LANDMARK ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Landmark rooms, located in the Main Building, are furnished with a luxurious blend of Cambodian and art-deco themes. HIGH SEASON:
01 October 2008 - 31 March 2009
Reservations may be cancelled up to 45 days prior to a group
arrival or 14 days prior to a guests arrival without penalty.

LOW SEASON:
01 April 2008 - 30 September 2008
Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to a group
arrival or 7 days prior to a guests arrival without penalty.

Cancellations received after the relevant cut-off time will
result in a charge amounting to one day's room rate, applicable
taxes for each room cancelled.

In the event of a non-arrival on the day or no-show, maximum
of three nights will be charged as no show fee.
