CANCELLATION POLICY

YEAR END CANCELLATION
22 December 08-05 January 09
Any cancellations made on or after 25 October 08 will be assessed
a two (2) night + tax charge. No shows or early check-outs will
be charged full cancellation. If any or part of the booking falls
over the above dates the holiday period cancellation policy will
apply.

YEAR ROUND CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be accepted without charge, if notice
is received by ten (10) days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to arrival
and/or "no shows" are subject to two (2) Night room + Tax fee.

Penalties are in addition to the Freestyle Holidays
cancellation penalties/fees stipulated on the current
