CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note bookings are NOT transferrable. Any name changes
are treated as cancellations and are subject to the relevant
cancellation policy. Reservations may be rebooked under the
new name based on space availability.
Cancellations made outside Christmas/New Year seasonality
will incur a minimum one(1) Night penalty for cancellations
received within three(3) days of arrival. Please note
Freestyle Holidays may also charge a cancellation fee.

Garden Courtyard, Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, Ocean
Front and Diamond Head Oceanfront Rooms - No shows or
cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged 1 night
cancellation fee based on the rack rate.
Junior Ocean Suite - Cancellations made within 30 days will be
charged 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7
days will be charged 100% cancellation fees.

HOLIDAY SEASON CANCELLATIONS: TBA

Any claim for a refund must be submitted to Freestyle Holidays
no later than (30) days of return to Australia providing full
details of the claim, as well as full reservation details.
