PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

Hayman Island is the most northern island in the Whitsunday Island group. Surrounded by idyllic coral fringed beaches and lapping the waters of the Coral Sea, on the south-western side of the island, Hayman offers 228 guest rooms, suites, penthouses and a beach villa.

HOW TO GET THERE

Guests can fly into the Great Barrier Reef Airport which is
located on Hamilton Island, using Qantas/Jetstar and Virgin
Blue airlines. From here guests will board a magnificent sleek
white cruiser and relax on board for the 55 minute boat ride
to Hayman Island.

The Hayman launch may need to combine flight arrivals
according to schedules and guests are required to wait
on board the launch until such time as all passengers have
arrived. There may be a waiting period of up to 90 minutes.

Launch connections are not guaranteed unless guests have
advised their flight details to Hayman at least 48 hours
prior to arrival.

Hayman operates a twice daily service from Shute Harbour
in the Whitsundays. Shute Harbour is located approximately
40 kilometres from Proserpine airport and 10 kilometres
from the town of Airlie Beach. The Shute Harbour transfer
times are subject to change but are approximately:

Shute Harbour to Hayman transfers: 8:15am and 5:15pm
Hayman to Shute Harbour: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Private charter flights are also available for guests
from various ports through Air Whitsunday.

POOL DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: On Level 3 of the Pool Wing, overlooking the famous Hayman Pool, tropical gardens, Hayman Beach and Coral Sea. Special features include an open style contemporary bathroom with louvred shutters allowing stunning sea views from the bathroom. The bathroom also features a separate shower and bath. The room area is 37.64 square metres.

LAGOON DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: A select number of rooms that offer views of the Coral Sea, whilst overlooking the Lily Lagoon, Lagoon Pool and tropical gardens.The interior includes a spacious bathroom with double vanity, open plan dressing room and en suite area. The room area is 54 square metres.

BEACHFRONT ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Located in the Beach Wing, on the Hayman Beach, fronting the Coral Sea and adjacent to the famous Hayman Pool. An exclusive group of 10 absolute beachfront rooms, each has a private terrace extending onto the white sandy beach. Each room is appointed throughout with terracotta tiles and the bathroom contains a romantic double spa with separate shower. The room area is 32 square metres.

Breakfast is served overlooking the Hayman Beach, while light
meals and a bar service are available daily by the beach and
pools: Gourmet hampers can be prepared for resort and Reef
adventures:
Dining is presented in restaurants, which are non-smoking and
open selected evenings. Restaurant bookings are required.
Meanwhile, meals can also be enjoyed within guest rooms, at
The Chef's Table, or in other resort locations. Sunset cocktails
and supper are served nightly:

"La Fontaine" - Elegant La Fontaine offers a formal, yet
relaxed atmosphere: Guests are treated to an exquisite selection
of authentically prepared modern European cuisine utilising the
best in local and international produce:

"Azure" - Overlooking the Hayman Beach and beyond to the
Whitsunday waters and neighbouring islands, Azure presents
Australian contemporary cuisine from an open show kitchen,
specialising in fresh seafood, in an indoor and outdoor setting.

"The Chef's Table" - This weekly event, hosted by Executive Chef,
Glenn Bacon, or a member of his Chef's brigade, takes guests
behind the scenes into the Main Kitchen for a 6-course banquet
with matching wines and includes a visit to the famous La
Fontaine wine cellar and Chocolate Room:

Cancellations made prior to 14 days from arrival - no
cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 14 - 8 days prior to arrival will be charged
one night cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be
charged 100% of full stay.

Cancellations up to 01 September 2008 - No cancellation fee.

Cancellations from 01 September 2008 - 31 October 2008 - 1
nights cancellation fee.

Cancellations from 1 November 2008 - 30 November 2008 -
cancellation fee will be 50% of full stay.
