16-10 days prior to arrival will incur a 45% cancellation fee.

9-6 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee.
5 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation
fee.

NO SHOW
100% of total booking will be charged if a booking is a no show.
